I had several Xfinity security cameras left over when I dropped that service. The cameras are "iCamera2" models and I found online how to use them with an app called "IP Camera Viewer 4". I wanted to use them to monitor the progress of projects in my 3D printer.
However, the mounting for the camera is designed for a flat wall so it took up too much room. So when I bought my Snapmaker2 and its enclosure, I decided to make a new mount for the camera that would utilize the enclosure frame and fit in the corner of the enclosure. I also wanted it to be adjusted for height.
The part is designed so that it can be used on either side of the enclosure opening and will not interfere with the enclosure doors. The combination of the new corner mount, adjustable height and the swivel hardware from the original mount gave me the flexibility that I wanted.
The images show the original iCamera mount (with hardware), the mount without hardware, and the mount with the iCamera installed. A
