EDIT: I saw a video by 3d Printing Academy and thought it was cool, but I didn't want to pay money to buy an STL, so I made one myself in onshape. this is v2 but the first one I made with pla and I lost the STL, so creating a new one without the flaws of the first. seemed a good idea. it will need a 3-6v geared motor to operate, but I found an old cord with a voltage of 9, so the rpm was higher, making airier icecream. plus if you make a chord to it, then it won't turn off mid-churn. the hex at the bottom makes it so there's less filament while strengthening it. I found that it was really easy to print and assemble. I just put a zip tie through the holes in the motor and of the little tabs on the motor arm, and attach the churn arm to the motor shaft.
