ICE Filament Drawer System

ICE Filament drawers + Stand + template

All you need to recycle your ICE filament spools (750 gr.) into a drawer system :

- Drawers with 1, 2 or 3 compartments, full and half heigth.
- Stand that can be printed on small-platform printers.
- Template for drilling holes in the spools.


# Instructions :

* SPOOLS

Using the template, drill 4 holes on 1 face of the spool :

- Insert a short M2 bolt or 2mm nail in the smallest hole of the template.
- Use a Dremel or other tool to drill a 2mm pilot hole through the largest opening of the template.
- Turn the template 90 degrees untill the bolt or nail catches in the hole.
- etc. Afterwards use a 6 or 6.5mm drill to enlarge the 2mm pilot holes.

* DRAWERS

- Print 4 full-height drawers OR 8 half-height drawers OR a combination of both... per spool.
- The drawers are mounted inside the spools using M5 x 50 bolts. No need for these bolts to go through the bottom of the spool.
