This is an ice pack holder for your freezer. It is designed to separate the "slim" lunch box ice packs so that more surface area is exposed to air and you can freeze them faster than if they were all in a big stack. Each separating ring is 5mm thick. The stand can easily support 8 of the ice packs, and tenuously 9. You can see the gap created in the above photos, and none of them touch the whole way down.
Place one separator ring at the base, then add an ice pack, then another separator, and so on.
Designed specifically for these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003FO2B5U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have to freeze 8 packs at a time for a homebrewing setup, so I designed this thing. It seems to help.
