Icom 2730 Remote Faceplate Mount

I designed this 2 piece mount for the Icom 2730A to be able to mount the faceplate remotely. I used it in my vehicle but it could just as easily be used on a desk or anywhere. There is a stand to be secured where ever you want the faceplate mounted and there is a plate which attaches to the back of the radio faceplate. The plate then slots into the stand to hold the faceplate. The slots in the stand may be fairly tight right after printing but after installing and removing the plate a couple of times it should easily slide in. It is designed to be tight and have friction so the plate cant just fall out easily but requires a little bit of force to slide out.

The 3 files are both the stand and the plate, just the stand, and just the plate.

I printed at 100% infill for strength and I used a brim. No other supports necessary.
