ID card holders

Multi material ID Card Holders,

2 print jobs per ID Card Holder using 1 nozzle
1st print TEXT file, then print HOLDER file.

i print 1st file, once print has finished, select to preheat your printer (keep nozzle and bed hot) Do not remove 1st print from bed, as second print will print around the first.
AS LONG AS YOU HAVE GOOD BED ADHESION!

i DO NOT use anything to to adhere to the bed, NO TAPE, NO GLUE, NO HAIRSPRAY!!
i only remove my glass before printing, and wash with hot soapy water, rinsing thourghly! and drying with paper towels, Also, be careful not to touch the print area of your glass before placing back to printer or you WILL have to start again.

NO BED ADHESION ( this is very important! )
nozzle temp : 190-205 (depending on how cold my print room is)
bed temp : 70
0.2mm layer
100% infill
102.5 flow
40mms speed
retraction : YES
Z hop : YES 2mm
Ironing : YES

I have used Photoshop, TinkerCad, and Cura as my slicer.

i will include the g
