Id-cooling IS-47K 3d model

this was a practice for me to better understand design spark Mechanical (rsdoc files are included). i have not printed this, and idk how it will perform when printed. i know that this is not 100% perfect, i couldn't get the tube angles and bend radii perfect, however it fits within the dimensions of the build specs from their site. http://www.idcooling.com/Product/detail/id/205/name/IS-47K

i made this since it isnt supposed to be out until july or so, and with a sffpc every mm matters and this could be used for people to see if it will fit (**disclaimer**i am not responsible if this file fits, but the actual product does not)

the mounting bracket is pretty close. there were no dimensions, so it was pretty difficult, but i went off one of the images, they might not be 100% but the dimensions for the holes on the bottom of the heatsink and the mounting holes are correct (75mmx75mm for intel and 90mmx54mm for AM4).
