So, it's a simple IEM stand/holder that prevents contact with surfaces. You can wrap the cable around the side when not in use. It's better to print with high infill density settings, as this can help prevent it from tipping over. I've uploaded three profiles: light, heavy, and one optimized for a 0.6 mm nozzle.If the light version feels too unstable, you can try the heavy one, though it will take longer to print.
