Igloo Drain Cap with Tie Hold

I remixed drthum's drain cap to fit my Igloo Ultra 50. I changed the thread pitch, and shortened the number of twists, as well as built in a spot for a garden hose washer, and extended the grips for more leverage. I find it's easier to turn, especially when wet. Also, I included an anchor for the built in tether.
