IKEA ÄPPLARÖ shelf mount

This adapter allows you to mount the IKEA ÄPPLARÖ shelf directly onto a wall. Originally designed to hook onto the ÄPPLARÖ wall panel, both the shelf and panel are no longer available at IKEA. If you have the shelf but not the wall panel, or simply prefer a direct wall mount, this adapter provides the solution. The attached photos illustrate its use. When installing the adapters, ensure that the cutout section faces the wall so the shelf support hook fits securely into place.
