IKEA clock stand

To make the clock I bought from Ikea look better on a high shelf, I designed an additional piece that attaches to its existing stand. It can be easily attached to the existing cylindrical stands by sliding it from the front. It also has two separate plugs that fit into the holes.

Imagining an original design and turning it into a solid model using the drawing method is a more arduous process than expected. If this design is a functional object, technical details and constructions also need to be solved. Therefore, it can sometimes take hours or even days to implement an idea. Small appreciations to the designer are enough to keep the motivation going.
