The Problem: I already had existing holes in my ceiling and I strictly wanted to avoid drilling new ones to eliminate the risk of hitting electrical wires. The Solution: This mount is designed to fit existing holes perfectly. To hang the lamp, you simply need to use a standard key ring (split ring) to bridge the lamp to this bracket. Installation & Strength: Orientation: The model is pre-oriented on the heatbed to ensure maximum structural strength (avoiding layer shearing under load). Hardware: Please use flat-head screws, preferably with washers. This distributes the pressure evenly and prevents the screw from tearing through the printed mounting holes.
