This door mount for an IKEA Hållbar trashcan will allow you to install the trashcan on your kitchen closet door. You can leave the lid open - resting against the door - unlike the other mounts I found here after I designed this.
UPDATE 30-12-2020:
Increased the thickness of the bottom and the back of the mount to increase stability and make less prone to breaking.
