This project will turn a IKEA work lamp to a tripod for closeup photos. You
will need these components:
1. IKEA work lamp https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/tertial-work-lamp-dark-gray-20355434/
2. Mount ring (3d printed from the mountRing.stl)
3. Tripod screw (3d printed from screw.stl)
4. M4 screw (minimum length 16mm) and square nut
The tripod screw is modified from this one https://grabcad.com/library/camera-tripod-screw-1-4-20-tread-1
You can mount different devices with this tripod such as webcam or camera as long as they have the tripod thread holes. To assemble the camera, you need to remove the lamp shade and attach the mount ring using M4 screw and square nut.You can also add a light bulb to enhance lighting.
