IKEA INGATORP blank cable passtrough replacement

This is a blank (without a hole for cables) replacement for the IKEA INGATORP's (56 mm desk hole radius) and probably other desk's cable passthrough holes. I decided to make this project because I use a different cable management solution, and also the cable passthrough plastic was yellowing and ugly.
