Hi,
i designed some spacers for the IKEA Kallax insert. With these spacers you can screw down the insert without the backpanel and route some cables to the back.
On the left side you can use the custom 30mm spacer, on the right side the original 20-21mm spacer will do the job. You can add a spring from a ballpoint pen to give the door a nice buffer.
Update: chamfered the underside of the holes for material of the shelf itself
