In Cura, I recommend tree support as it is easier to break. Try to use as low infill as possible to save plastic. Layer height 0.25 is perfect.

The bumper is fixed onto the shelf with M3 screw in the bottom, which should fit tightly. There is no need for nut, however, there is a place already prepared for it in case you'll need it.
