Whats needed:
Screws, 16 pcs 4×16mm DIN 7982
Drillbit, diameter 2mm

Assembly:
1) Drill two holes in the top of the table + two holes on each leg
2) Use two screws to tighten the stacker
3) Tighten all the screws
