UPDATE In the assembled picture the bottom shelf is the actual height of the lack table, I've extended the legs in the top two shelves as this will be an enclosure for my 3d printer. /UPDATE
I was looking for a way to cleanly stack Lack Tables for an enclosure for my 3D Printer. I wanted to use screws but didn't have a large enough drill press so I created this jig to let me drill the correct sized holes precisely. There is a 2mm offset between the leg and the top of the table that needed to be accounted for as well.
The holes are slightly undersized so that you can ream them with first drilling. The jig is meant for a #8 x 3" woodscrew. The pilot holes are drilled with 5/64" bit. The clearance holes are drilled with an 11/64" bit (this bit is NOT to be used with the jig, only the 5/64").
There are five holes on the jig but only two are needed, one is the center of the jig and is not used at all. Use two diagonal holes, your choice, the other two are in case you wear the ho
