After posting the brace that I made to improve and strengthen an Ikea Lack Table,
Found Here,
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5256969
I got a few requests to make a union for the legs in order to essentially double the length of the table without having to have one table stack on top of each other. I have not printed this myself because
1) both my printers have been occupied by a paid project for the last week
and
2) I do not personally have a use for this at the moment.
The design takes in the similar considerations as I did with the brace. Holes are offset, thickness is the same. Superglue+Screws are recommended. The union is 3 Sided to make printing easier and allow to print in strongest orientation without having to worry about bridging. If you print this and it does not work or have design updates in minf PLEASE let me know. I love helping out this community as best I can whenever I can.
I recommend printing in PETG and print in native file orientation.
