Ikea Melltorp headphone bracket

I wanted to hang my pc headphones from my desk not using any desk space. My Ikea Melltorp desk does not provide enough space for the screw clamp type mounts I found on this site and decided to design one that fits the desk perfectly, providing a tight fit so it does not come off easily, yet being able to be removed with no hassle if done correctly.

I liked the original headphone stand from NoycePrints so much that I decided to use that mount and simply screw it onto this bracket - also allows one to easily use two colours.

Use 5_Headpone_post_-_mount.stl from the original with this bracket.

You will need 4x M3 10mm screws, same as the original stand.

To attach to the desk simply slide this in horizontally over the top of the table with the middle horizontal part going in between the table top and the cross support. To remove put your thumb on the top of the headphone rest and wrap your index finger and middle finger around the bottom cable hook and give it a gentle squee
