IKEA Replacement Clip For Roller Blind

If your IKEA roller-blind clip broke or went missing, this is a simple replacement for the L-shaped hanger style blinds. Just print it, snap it in, and your blinds are good as new! I made this after my own clip cracked at the triangle section where it hooks in, so I redesigned it with extra thickness for added strength. In the included .3mf file, I oriented the part to optimize layer alignment (since layer lines can sometimes be the weak link under load). Print Tips & Materials:Material: I printed mine in PLA, but for better durability I recommend PETG, ABS, or ASA. (Even with PLA it has lasted since I first installed it 8 months ago) Print Settings: .3mf is set up for a 0.4 mm nozzle. If you have a 0.2 mm nozzle, you can use it for finer detail and extra strength.Infill: since the part is small infill doesn't matter too much. I have it at 15% infill and it works good.
