This is just a single 5 hole strip of a Skadis to screw to whatever you need it for. Holes are for #6 screws. Picture to come. I am going to use it for the front of my Lack table my printer sits upon.
UPDATE: New one with better screw holes. Other one still works I just opened them up more.
