IKEA VIDGA Ceiling Mount Bracket

This is the bracket of the ceiling mount for the IKEA VIDGA curtain system. Since it is no longer produced and sold, you can expand your existing set without moving to a new system entirely. Works perfectly with the original set and its interchangeable. Currently at use without any reported issues.

This part was inspired from another submission and patched to mirror the original more closely, since there were issues when attaching the original hook. Check the "Remixed from" section below to find the initial work.

When printing, the positioning heavily impacts the resistance of the part due to the way the load is applied. The intuitive positioning would be vertical, with the opening facing up, which is not the best for resistance so don't screw it to the ceiling too hard otherwise it can easily crack. Using adhesions is recommended as it's a light part with a small contact area and it can detach while printing.
