Illuminated Lens Insert

This is an Illuminated lens insert for the "Print-In-Place Iris Box (remix)" by LOBOCNC.
Basic soldering skills are required to make this build. This build replaces the stock battery in the tea light with a high capacity rechargeable battery which is capable of providing many hours of light.



Print All parts in Clear PLA, PETG, or Poly Carbonate
Print the Print-In-Place Iris Box (remix) by LoboCNC at 150% scale
Print the Lens Insert Top as instructed
Print the Lens Insert bottom with 20% more infill

Assembly Instructions:
1. Disassemble the tea light by unscrewing the the cover
2. Next remove the tea light PCB by unscrewing it from the housing.
3. Install the two battery holder cases on the lens insert bottom part with a screw and
nut.
4. Solder one of the red and one of the black wires from each of the battery cases
together
5. Solder the remaining two wires to the positive and negative connections on the PCB of
the tea candle.
