Imperial Hex Nut Bolt Covers

These fit over imperial sizes of hex nuts to cover them as well as the end of the bolt. No support is needed. If you have trouble with plate adhesion, you may want to add a brim. I recommend TPU, with PETG or PCTG as second choice, but this should work with any filament, just avoid PLA if you plan on using in sunlight or high heat. The profile includes separate plates for covers to fit on nuts for 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", and 3/4" and allow for a bit over 1/4" of bolt to extend beyond the nut. They are sized based on standard sized nuts, but nut sizes vary somewhat due to manufacturing tolerances, so if you print one that is a bit too tight or a bit too loose, you may want to try scaling up or down by 1% or 2%.
