Imperial Scout Trooper Blaster or hold out blaster was featured in Star Wars Return of the Jedi, used by biker scouts with holsters on their lower legs. It is one of the smaller blasters in Star Wars and is meant to be small, you shouldnt be able to fit your whole hand into guard.
