Impossible Passthrough Cube Puzzle

This originally started as something completely different but one thing led to another and I made this cube. It may turn out to be a little more complicated than it seems since all the angles at play and figuring out what slots into where. But then again, you may be able to assemble it first try with each piece. Why don't you try and find out?
