Improved Bosch dishwasher wheel

Update 2025-09-20The ABS order from JLC works perfectly, wheels did not melt, and the problem is completely solved. Family very happy, job done!OverviewWe've lived with this dishwasher and its atrocious wheel design for too long. (Dishwasher model: SHE65T55UC)There are updated wheels from Bosch that don't solve the problem - which is that the track width of the lower dish holder tray thing is too narrow. And these updates are super expensive.So, all I did was reproduce the basic dimensions (10mm ID is the only crucial one, and the angle is pretty close) and then widen the track. With the old design, there was ~7mm clearance (total) between the wheels and the walls. Now there's ~1-2mm clearance.We tested with a full load of dishes, and it was rock solid in both closed and open positions - my wife was extremely pleased.Now, I tested with PLA - an ABS order has been placed with JLC - so let me know if things don't pan out for you.Install notesGetting the clips separated fr
