Improved Delta Vibration Damper

Improved vibration damper that I designed for deltas with stainless steel rods, such as the Sintron Kossel kit. You can epoxy the rod ends in place, however this is a more flexible solution that will allow changes later.

My previous spring design works well, but fails after some time when printed in PLA. This version places the tension stress on a rubber band as opposed to the plastic itself, hopefully preventing parts from eventually snapping off.
