IMPROVED Kryptonite ulock bottle mount adapter

After thousands of miles testing the [previous design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3135909) and having seen a few failures, I've redesigned the bracket to make it stronger. The two major improvements are:

1) Taller design means you don't need to cut the bolt down and there is more material sandwiched between the nut and the original part, making the whole assembly stronger.
2) A much larger aperture in the bottom allows for the insertion of a 20mm penny washer to spread the load of the nut across a larger area, again making the this key area of the design stronger.

I recomend printing this solid in ABS
