Improved Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel Adapter

The original adapter created by Guwe is a lovely design, but the socket that slots into the DFGT is too small. This means that the screws are the only thing turning the wheel, which over time become loose, resulting in the wheel having play.

This new design has a thicker socket design that fits snuggly into the original DFGT socket. It also has a lower outer wall so that it doesn't collide with the DFGT base, and has slightly bigger holes for M6 bolts.
