Improved OTF blade and switch

Combination of two designs, one from thingiverse the other from printables. The thingiverse design was removed for some reason fromthe other day. Link to printables design https://www.printables.com/model/617390-tha-otf

The blade does not twist as much in the handle, reducing jams. The switch is a little easier to use on the thumb.

You will need a small, strong rubber band to make this work. YMMV depending on the rubber band you use.
