# IMPROVED PART COOLING FOR SNAPMAKER 2.0
While being a great all-rounded machine, I felt like the part cooling system of the Snapmaker 2.0 was a little lacking. So I designed this system that replaces the internal 25 mm fan with a 4010 blower fan, greatly increasing the airflow on the part, and reducing overheating and noise.
There are 3 parts to be made, "Duct" and "Duct_outer" should be printed in PETG or any other heat resistant filament. "Outer_plate" can be either printed or milled. I've used the CNC head of my Snapmaker 2.0 and some 3 mm black acrylic that was included with the machine.
# WARNING: SOME DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
You'll be able to restore everything to the original configuration.
I'm not responsible for any damage on your Snapmaker 2.0!
For this project you'll need:
- n.1 4010 24 V blower fan
- n. 4 M2 x 8 screws
# DISASSEMBLY
- Remove the hot-end
- Remove the left panel, removing 4 M2 x 5 screws.
- From the back of the 3D printing head, uns
