Improved Potsticker Press

Update 12/16/2021: Added a special "Oakland Edition". A version of the right side of the press with the work "Oakland" on it, for a cousin that lives in Oakland, CA. Haven't tried it yet, but it should work...

Update 6/21/2021: After making 90 potstickers, I got a blister from the dough cutter, which is just a thin plastic ring. To make cutting the wrapper easier, I made a better cutter called "dough cutter 2". It's got a handle! When I hold it in my hand, it looks a lot like the holy grail from Indiana Jones. However, you can cross the seal with this one. Doesn't grant eternal life, but who needs that when you have homemade potstickers. Works great, just make sure the cutting edge is dry and/or lightly floured or the dough will stick. Enjoy!
