improved ratchet (locking gear) for toothpaste squeezer

I found the original model to be my favorite toothpaste squeezer model. However, on every one I made the ratchet wouldn't hold by the end of a tube of toothpaste. I tried a few other models and materials before deciding to make a better ratchet for this one. After putting my new ratchet in, all my older squeezer prints are working again and better than ever. I have only printed this in PETG so far and that works well.
