Improved Tantillus Extruder Gears

Whether these are improved or not remains to be seen...
Herringbone style gears, 1.25 Mod, 20 degree PA, and 25 degree helix.
The motor gear is 9T the extruder gear is 28T for a ratio of 1 : 3.1
The large gear prints fine, 1 shell and 100% infill, 0.2mm layer height.
The smaller gear has been a bit more problematic. Printing it on its own was unsuccessful, because the part is small, the heat builds up and the top ends up mushy. To combat this I printed the pair together oriented with the gear teeth flat on the platform, support material is needed. This made me a functioning small gear, however there are still a few wobbles in the teeth that I will try and sort out.
