IN-12 Nixie Socket

This is a model of the socket for IN-12, IN-15 nixie and IV-22 VFD tubes. It is constructed in OpenSCAD from the datasheet for the tubes plus measurements taken from an original bakelite socket. I omitted pins 13 & 14 because I don't have any tubes that use them.

There are a few other nice IN-12 socket designs on Thingiverse. I designed this because I wanted the OpenSCAD source for further modifying it (customizing the pin holes, splitting it in two, or embedding several sockets directly into a display)--I don't have any intention of using this model as it is.

The default diameter of the pin holes is exactly the diameter of the IN-12 pins. You will need to measure the diameter of your contacts and change the pin hole size in the customizer to get a working socket.
