Incra V27 Miter Gauge Fence Knobs

I wanted tool-free adjustment on the aluminum fence (DuBois 16.5”) for my Incra V27 miter gauge but the adjustable fence tilt makes it difficult to use standard knobs with the V27. I searched for a solution or 3D model that would work and couldn’t find anything so I designed these specifically to fit within the space Incra gives you. These fit standard 5/16” nuts and bolts, which are the perfect size for the V27 slots and slide well in my fence. I could make this a 1/4” version (or M6/M8) if anyone is interested, but it doesn’t seem like 1/4” hardware works well with my track and might allow movement in the V27 mounting holes unless you add a bushing. The longer knob allows the fence to be turned at angles up to 45° without interference and is more comfortable to use, but the short knob will allow adjustments at up to 60° which is the last indentation on the V27 scale. If you need more than 60° you could shorten in Bambu Studio. They are a good pressure-fit, but not difficult to remove
