Increase Handsize Token for Marvel Champions

Token for symbolising increased handsize in Marvel Champions.
It has been useful for SP//DR, and hero's playing the The Sorcerer Supreme title card

No supports, change colour at 10 and 11 when printing with a 0.2mm layer.
(I recommend starting with grey, changing to black at layer 10, changing to white at layer 11)
Create layer stops in Cura by clicking: Extensions > Post Processing > Modify G-Code > Add Script > Pause at Height > Pause at: Layer
I recommend printing one more than you need, because the first one after layer change gets messed up for me.
