Incremental weight plate adapter

An adapter to allow you to make incremental weight increases on a home multi gym. The adapter is designed to be slid between the rails and around the central cable of a home multi gym. It takes barbell weights with a 1" central hole and up to approx 5.5" in diameter. The adapter should be loaded equally on both sides up to a total of 10lbs (approx 5kg); at this point you should be able to move up to the next full size weight plate on your machine.
