Index Base Station VESA Mount

I had a spare monitorarm towering above my main monitor so I added some mounting holes for the default index wallmount to the VESA mount by herger1981. You just need some screws and nuts as the default index wallmount screws are meant for use with dowels and walls. I use 3-4mm wide countersunk machine screws and nuts.

I wanted to incorporate the default Index wallmount into this so I don't put it into some box and if I ever move and choose to wall-mount this I cannot find it anymore.
