Indicator mod and brackets for Ender 3V2

Here is a indicator-style boss added on to an Ender 3V2 extruder cover, enabling easy attachment of a Dial Indicator to the extruder housing.

Also included is an STL file with a couple mounting brackets that allow mounting in different orientations. I ended up using the 1/4" rod with a small test indicator to put its +/-0.15" range just below the hotend.

Seeing the live indicator scan across the bed or provide instant feedback to bed leveling adjustment is amazing. I learned that using the two holddown clips on the bed gives best results between the two clips. I'm going to add more clips.
