Industrial handle bar cap

These are some quick and simple end caps that can be used to make industrial handle bars for doors or drawers.

Two are needed per complete handle, and are made to fit a 25mm tube of whatever material you prefer, with the bore and countersink sized for a standard M8 countersunk bolt.

Caps in picture were printed at 0.08mm layer height, for a strong cap, **print in the orientation seen in the 4th picture** (.step file is not oriented correctly!) and print with 3 wall loops, and 10% infill with whatever pattern you prefer.
Fitment of the tubes is pretty snug, but can be sanded to give more play or if too lose apply some glue (super glue for permanent fix, simple water based craft glue for a somewhat removable fix).

**What length of tube/spacing of mounting holes do i need?**
To calculate spacing for your mounting holes, or length of tube needed for the bar simply **add, or withdraw 30mm, (15mm ofset inward per cap from hole to tube)**
