Infinicube lamp

This idea came to head when trying to figure out a way to combine the shape of the infinicube in to a lamp. The cube itself is made out of beech wood with mortise and tenon joints. It uses a total of 18 pieces of wood. of which 12 are 350 mm long and 6 are 300 mm long. All pieces have a cross-section of 30x30 mm.

The two 3d printed pieces fit together and contain a concealed channel for the power cable. I just a black powder coated lamp fitting from an old lamp that matched nicely with the 3d printed black parts. For those in the Netherlands, I used a lamp from the Gamma Store:

You could always make a black cover for you own lamp fitting. Or use any other colour
