Ink Roll Device for Zebra Printers

I create this design cause i was needed to create small rolls of ink tape for my Zebra TLP 2844 printer because the large one that i buy is not fitted inside my printer.

The design works great , it create well aligned and tied up rolls that works great in my printer.

Some disadvantages since this is my first attempt , is that the small roll is a little bit difficult to remove from the base when you finished.

And finally in a next version i will try to attach a motor in the base so i don't have to turn the rolls by hand.
