Inline Brake Barrel Adjuster

These aren't so common, but I made a shift version, so I thought I might as well.
They're like these (https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=6690, Jagwire Rocket II Inline Barrel Adjuster), but for brakes.
You can add them anywhere; they're free floating.
Not really sure why you would want to use these, maybe just to get some more adjustment. Most brakes these days already have barrel adjusters built in at the cable stops.
The only necessary application for these really is as a substitute for these (https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=59201&category=7, Shimano SM-CB90). These are found on bikes with a direct mount rear brake mounted under the chainstays, like the Felt AR series. The SM-CB90s come with a quick release feature too. Motivation for these being that no one wants to flip the bike over/reach down there to fine-adjust cable tension or do a quick release for flat/wheel changing.
