Inline Skate Brake (Stopper)

This is a skate brake for the cheap children inline skates available on Amazon. Replacement brakes are relatively expensive and hey, why not make an unlimited supply at home! It must be printed in TPU and I recommend at least 10 wall lines and >=70% infill to be effective. I also recommend printing it at as low as resolution as possible - it's a skate brake after-all!

Note that I have purposely offset the hole down to create tension on the brake when it is mounted. You will need to use a bit of force to get it aligned - again, this is by design and helps ensure that it does not shift during heavy braking. My kids have been using these and feedback is that they brake really well. Get yours and help your kids, "STOP IT."

I have include two SLT files, the only difference between then is the print orientation of the brake. If there are any print issues, recommend the original file " Skate_brake_v9_TPU.stl"
