To hold and smoothly rotate pinned bugs for microscopy or photography.

Uses print-in-place springs to keep tension on the rotating parts.
Fill the hole in the wheel with some kind of clay and stick your pins in there.

You may have to adjust the size of the rotating cylinders until it's smooth. Grease might also be a good idea.
