Insert for Lanzerath Ridge

Insert for Lanzerath Ridge second printing. The original insert was designed for the first printing by Stinkfoot71 and kckijana modified to enlarge the spaces for the defender tokens. My changes:Enlarged the spaces for the MG-42 tokens to match the bigger second printing size.Enlarged the space for the Jeep tokens as they were still too small, even in kckijana's remix.Split the cards holder so that it can be printed on smaller beds.Added a card divider to split between attack 1 and 2, etc. You will probably need about 6 of them.Remaining issues:The small trays (grenades and ammo) aren't quite tall enough to match the height of their container.
